Refund and Returns Policy

Polaris Pathway offers professional guidance and educational consultancy services that are intangible in nature. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Consultancy Services

Our educational counseling and admission assistance are provided free of charge. No payments are collected for consultancy alone, so no refunds apply.

2. Paid Services (Test Preparation, Training Programs)

In some cases, paid services such as test preparation (IELTS, USMLE, FMGE, etc.) or value-added documentation packages may be offered. Refund policies for these are as follows:

  • Before Service Begins: A partial refund may be issued if cancellation is requested within 3 working days of payment and before any sessions or service work starts.
  • After Service Begins: No refunds will be issued for partially or fully rendered services.
  • Failure to Attend: Missed sessions due to personal reasons are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.

3. Non-Refundable Costs

  • Visa fees, university application fees, or third-party charges (not under Polaris Pathway control) are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request:

  • Include your full name, registered phone number, and payment receipt

All refund decisions will be made within 7 business days after internal review.
